Event Overview

Join us for an online introduction to using Microsoft Teams – a hub for audio or video calling, scheduled group meetings, conversations and chat. Microsoft Teams is available to everyone in the University via Office 365. It helps you collaborate effectively online with your own team and with colleagues across the University and elsewhere. In this webinar we’ll cover the following topics:

  • Accessing the app
  • Joining and creating Teams and managing roles
  • Organising Team content using Channels
  • Instigating, replying to and reacting to Conversations and private Chats
  • Scheduling and managing online meetings
  • Customising settings to manage your notifications

Throughout all of these topics we’ll be providing etiquette tips to help make your conversations and meetings more efficient in the online space.
