LinkedIn Learning is the world’s leading online learning service, providing all staff and students at The University of Edinburgh with free access to over 17,000 high-quality instructor-led courses in business, technology and creative skills.

This demonstration of the LinkedIn Learning service will cover:

  • Creating your LinkedIn Learning account
  • Searching for videos and courses
  • Viewing videos and courses
  • Building your own Collections
  • Sharing videos, courses and Collections with other University of Edinburgh users
  • Connecting your LinkedIn Learning and LinkedIn Profile for a recommendation based learning experience
  • Sharing your course completion certificates to your LinkedIn Profile

About the presenter - Andy Todd

Andy has worked for the Digital Skills and Training Team for 10 years, and delivers a wide range of training courses with a focus on improving productivity skills, allowing staff and students to work and study more effectively. In addition to his teaching role, Andy also manages the University’s online learning platform, LinkedIn Learning.
