Event Overview
This session will look to define disinformation, misinformation and fake news, and introduce attendees to some tools and techniques to help identify and assess such information.
About the presenter - Donna Watson
Donna is an Academic Support Librarian (ASL) and currently supports the School of Law and the School of Social and Political Science. The ASL team work in partnership with Schools and Colleges to understand their library needs and to communicate about library resources and services. ASLs help students develop the digital and information literacy skills to use library resources to get the best from their studies and research.
